How your order gets from our lab bench to yours.

Processing & dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order is fulfilled.

Standard tracked shipping — calculated at checkout · 2–5 business days

Free shipping — automatic on orders of $250 or more

Expedited options — available at checkout where the carrier supports them

Packaging

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Temperature-sensitive lots include gel packs and insulated liners, sized for the expected transit time rather than indefinitely — lyophilized powder is stable at ambient temperature over these windows, so cold packing is a safeguard, not a requirement. Each vial is sealed, batch-labeled, and accompanied by its lot-matched Certificate of Analysis.

Payment

Card checkout is not live on this site yet. Submitting an order request reserves your items and returns an invoice or payment link by email, normally within one business day — nothing is charged on this site at the time of the request.

Returns

Unopened, sealed vials may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Because of the nature of research reagents, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned. To start a return, email support@arkanawellnessproducts.com with your order number.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or a shipment is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us within 7 days and we'll reship or refund after a carrier review.
