If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase from us. Every product we sell is a research material, and every order is accepted on that basis alone.
Every product sold on this site is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use by qualified individuals and institutions. Our products are not for human or veterinary use of any kind, are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements, are not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA. By ordering you represent that you are qualified — by training, institutional affiliation or professional experience — to handle research compounds safely, that products will be handled only by persons qualified to work with research materials, and that your purchase and intended use are lawful in your jurisdiction. We accept every order in reliance on this representation and may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we believe are intended for personal use.
All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. An order is accepted when it ships, not when it is placed. We may limit quantities, and in the event of an obvious pricing or listing error we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. Where card checkout is offered it is processed by a third-party payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. Promotional codes have the limits stated when issued, are one per order, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Specifications, purity figures and certificates of analysis describe the tested batch and are provided for research documentation only. Nothing on this site is medical, health or dosage advice, and nothing is a claim of therapeutic effect. Descriptions summarise published research context about compound classes; they describe what a compound is studied for in a laboratory setting, not what it does in people. Researchers are responsible for validating suitability for their specific protocols.
We ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. See the Shipping & Returns Policy for methods, dispatch times and how damaged or lost shipments are handled.
Because every product is a research reagent whose chain of custody ends when it leaves our storage, we do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. Orders that arrive damaged, short, incorrect, or that never arrive are replaced or refunded at our cost — claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery (or of the last tracking event) with your order number and supporting photos. The Arkana Wellness Products name, lotus mark, site design, photography and copy are the property of Arkana Wellness Products or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. No reproduction, distribution or derivative works are permitted without prior written permission. Compound names used descriptively remain the property of their respective owners.
Products and the website are provided "as is" and "as available," with only the specifications stated on the accompanying Certificate of Analysis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Research compounds require professional handling. You assume all responsibility for storage, handling, use and disposal from the moment of delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWP's total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. AWP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any damages arising from misuse, mishandling or unauthorized use of products.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Arkana Wellness Products and its owners, members, managers, employees and agents from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your purchase, handling, storage, use or misuse of products, any breach of these terms or the Research Use Waiver, or infringement of the rights of any third party.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AWP is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
